Using the Buyer Calculator

The Buyer Calculator works similarly to the Seller Calculator, which is designed to be simple for consumers to use and help capture leads for you.



Follow these steps to use the Buyer Calculator:

  1. Navigate to the Lead Calculators: In the LeadCapture, visit the “Leads Calculator” page and click “Buyer Calculator.”
  2. Enter Property Details: Provide the dream home address, purchase price, and down payment amount.
  3. Enter Contact Information: Prompt the user to enter their contact details. This information will be marked as a warm lead in the My Leads section.
  4. Generate Estimate: Click on “Generate Estimate.” The estimate will include Due At Closing costs (Down Payment, Lender Fees, Title & Escrow fees, Recording & Transfer fees, Impounds) and Monthly Costs (Principal & Interest, Property Tax, Home Insurance, and HOA Dues).
  5. Customize Fields: If needed, the user can adjust the Down Payment Percentage, Interest Rate, and Loan Term. These are set using defaults set by the Title Company.
  6. Request Contact: If the user wants you to contact them, they will click the “Discuss with” button. This will notify you via email and mark the lead as a Hot Lead in the My Leads area.
