Using the Seller Calculator

The Seller Calculator is a simplified version of a Seller Net Sheet designed to be simple for consumers to use and help capture leads for you.



Follow these steps to use the Seller Calculator:

  1. Navigate to the Lead Calculators: In the LeadCapture, visit the “Leads Calculator” page and click “Seller Calculator.”
  2. Enter Property Details: Provide the address of your home, asking or sale price, and total mortgage payoff amount.
  3. Enter Contact Information: Prompt the user to enter their contact details. This information will be captured as a warm lead in the My Leads section.
  4. Generate Estimate: Click on “Generate Estimate.” The estimate will include Seller Net Proceeds, Title & Escrow fees, Recording and Transfer fees, Mortgage Payoffs, and Broker Commission.
  5. Customize Fields: If needed, the user can adjust the Real Estate Commission and other preset fields. These are set using defaults set by the Title Company.
  6. Request Contact: If the user wants you to contact them, they will click the “Discuss with” button. This will notify you via email and mark the lead as a Hot Lead in the My Leads area.
