Flyer vs Social Media

The Flyer and Social Media versions of marketing materials have distinct differences:

Flyer

  • Format: Standard 8.5x11 paper format.
  • Usage: Suitable for printing, emailing, and PDF downloads.
  • Design: Detailed and an entire flyer. Includes a banner with the agent's name, photo, and contact information.



Social Media

  • Format: Designed to fit social media newsfeeds.
  • Usage: Ideal for sharing on social media platforms.
  • Design: More compact and high-level. Does not include the agent's information banner.



How to Preview and Use:

  1. Preview as Flyer: Select “Preview as” and choose “Flyer” to see the standard paper format.
  2. Preview as Social Media: Select “Preview as” and choose “Social Media” to see the social media format.
  3. Share on Social Media: Click “Share on Social Media” to open the share screen with the Social Media version of the material.
  4. Send via Email or Print/Download: Choose these options to use the Flyer version of the material.
